Parking infrastructure development program discussed today in the Ministry of Construction
Today Deputy Minister A.M.Frolov held a meeting on ensuring the integrated development of the parking infrastructure of Kazan in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Executive Committee of Kazan, design and control organizations and investing companies. The participants discussed topical issues of the parking infrastructure design and construction.
At the present time investing developers, general designers to develop project documentation and general contractors to construct multilevel parking lots in Kazan have been defined for the 14 land plots. Design documentation has been prepared and approved, preparation, excavation and civil work is being carried out. About 6000 car spaces will be created by 01/04/2012 due to the construction of multilevel parking lots equipped with underground and above-ground floors on these land plots.
A.M.Frolov suggested that the next time they should discuss both the course of the facilities construction and design and the further concept to promote parking spaces in the city as well as new approaches to work with potential investors.
