A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of “Union of public utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan”

Today, a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Regional Trade Employers Association “Union of public utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan” was held by Chairman of the Board of Directors A.Kh. Khairullin. Director General of Company “SUPERTEK” OJSC (Moscow) S.Ye.Uglovsky and Deputy Director of Kazan branch of insurance company “Sogaz” OJSC L.S.Yermolayeva reported on “Insurance of extremely hazardous facilities in housing and public utilities network” (according to the Federal Law No.225-FZ of 27/07/2010 “On mandatory third party liability insurance of the owner of a hazardous facility for causing of harm as a result of an accident at the hazardous facility”).A.Kh. Khairullin noted that this issue was mostly related to heat supply and water supply facilities as well as elevators in residential houses. Today it is essential to develop unified approaches to decide the issues.

Director General of “Tatkommunpromkompleks” OJSC Ye.I.Shmagin and Director General of SUE “Tatleasing” M.M.Nurullin reported on “Leasing activities to render assistance to public utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan”. As for this issue, the participants noted that currently there is no systematic approach to provide enterprises and organizations with special equipment and material resources, therefore heads of steering groups were recommended to intensify the work of leasing schemes. At the end of the meeting the participants discussed some additional issues related to the entry of new members and awarding the most distinguished officers of public utilities of the Republic.
