Solemn settlement in the residential complex "Yashlek"

Today in the microdistrict "Yashlek" village Kuyuki of the Pestrechinsky district new residents of apartment buildings No. 1 and 4 solemnly received the keys of apartments. Another 54 families ceased to be “deceived equity holders” and became happy owners of their apartments. Two weeks earlier, on the of 4th December, the newcomers of two more 27-apartment buildings received the long-awaited keys. All four houses were included in the Schedule (“Road Map”) to implement measures to solve the problems of citizens included in the register of citizens whose funds were raised for the construction of apartment buildings and whose rights were violated in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Republic of Tatarstan fulfilled its obligations to citizens. The solemn ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister Gimayev I.S., Director of "CC BRIZ" LLC Belyakov A.E., Head of the Executive Committee of the Pestrechinsky District Khabibullin A.V., Executive Director of the Republican Fund for Supporting Persons Affected by Unscrupulous Developers activities in the Republic of Tatarstan, I. Novikov. The team of "CC BRIZ" LLC was thanked by I.E. Fayzullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan for their high professionalism and contribution to the construction of shared facilities problem in the Pestrechinsky district.
