Povolzhskoye Technical Information Bureau invites you to participate in the republican seminar on “Topical issues of state and municipal procurements” which will be held on November 21st, 2012 in the Great Hall in the Chemists’ Palace in Kazan, 1, Dekabristov street.
The purpose of the seminar is the development of the state procurements market as well as increasing the competence and qualification of the market participants.
Directors, service managers and experts of companies and organizations dealing with the state procurements sector will attend the seminar.
The reports will be made by representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, experts from Nizhny Novgorod and “Povolzhskoye Technical Information Bureau” LLC.
The speakers will report on the important subject of the state procurements sector: “Topical issues of state and municipal procurements” as well as discuss the issues related to the operation of and the work according to the Federal Law No.94 and No.223. We kindly request You to inform companies, organizations, administrations and departments subordinate, accountable and subject to You about the seminar to involve more participants.
All participants will receive handouts including all presentations.
