Prevention of cases of illegal construction discussed in the Ministry of Construction

Today, a meeting on the illegal construction of apartment houses in the area of individual residential development took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin. Representatives of government agencies, municipalities and experts of the Ministry participated therein.
The issues of the illegal construction of apartment houses in the area of individual residential development, the problems arising therefrom and the measures taken to prevent the illegal construction on the level of the federal and republican authorities as well as local governments were discussed at the meeting.
To prevent the illegal construction the Ministry developed Methodological guidelines for the prevention and suppression of the illegal construction of apartment houses in the area of individual residential development which were approved by the Minister No. 174 of 16/11/2012 and sent to all the municipalities.

In 2026, it is planned to improve 51 public spaces in Tatarstan with funding exceeding 2.6 billion rubles.
