Rustam Minnikhanov introduces a newly appointed Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities

On January 25, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov introduced a newly appointed Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Farid Khanifov, who headed regional branch of the Russian State Expert Evaluation Department (Glavgosexpertiza of Russia).

Irek Fayzullin, who headed Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities since 2010, became the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of Russia.

Minnikhanov thanked Fayzullin for the work and handed in the state award - Order of Merits for the Republic of Tatarstan.

Khanifov Farit Mudarisovich was born on the 7th of March, 1961 in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, TASSR.

He graduated from the Kazan Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in agricultural construction (1983).

From 1983 to 1986 - master, foreman of the Tukaevskaya inter-collective farm mobile mechanized convoy of the East rural construction plant of the Tatkolkhozstroy association, Naberezhnye Chelny.

From 1986 to 1990 - Chief Engineer of the Yelabuga Inter-collective farm mobile mechanized convoy of the East Rural Construction Plant of the Tatkolkhozstroy association, Elabuga.

From 1990 to 1995 - Chairman of the Lada design and construction cooperative, Elabuga.

From 1995 to 1998 - Head of the Elabuga Specialized Repair and Construction Department of the Tatgazspetsremstroy Trust, Director of the Elabugagazstroy Branch of "Tatgazstroy OJSC", Elabuga.

In 1998 - First Deputy Head of the Administration of the Elabuga Region and the city of Elabuga.

From 1998 to 2000 - Head of the Office of Capital Construction of the Elabuga region, the city of Elabuga.

From 2000 to 2005 - First Deputy Head of the Administration of the Yelabuga District and the City of Elabuga for the District and Agriculture.

From 2005 to 2011 - First Deputy, Head of the Executive Committee of the municipality "Elabuga Municipal District".

From 2011 to 2015 - First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

From 2015 to 2017 - Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Since February 2017 - Head of the Kazan branch of the FAU "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia". Valid municipal councilor of the second class. Honored Builder of the Republic of Tatarstan (2000), Honored Builder of the Russian Federation (2014). He was awarded the medal "In memory of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan" (2005), "For Merit in the 2006 All-Russian Agricultural Census."
