Programs of 2012 being completed

Today a videoconference meeting on the implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 185-FZ of 21/07/2007 “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 and major repairs in schools was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Government House. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov participated therein. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin made a keynote report.

Works on major repairs in apartment houses were performed for a total amount of 4 billion 369 million rubles equal to 100 % of the annual limit. The work was entirely completed in all municipalities.

According to the extra program on major repairs in apartment houses 65 buildings with a total area of 0.65 million square meters are to be repaired, and more than 29 thousand people will improve their housing conditions. Major repairs of the extra program were carried out for a total amount of 213.31 million rubles equal to 58% of the annual limit.

A list of apartment houses to be repaired in 2013 was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 29/10/2012 No. 1943- р. The list includes 811 apartment houses in 41 municipalities (except Atninsky, Alkeyevsky, Kaibitsky and Cheremshamsky municipalities) for a total amount of 4 billion 354 million rubles.

The program of 2012 on the installation of double-pressure boilers was completed. 4 thousand 650 apartments were transferred to the individual heating system, 39 km of ringing gas pipelines and 38 km frontal gas pipelines were constructed. In 2013 4.5 thousand apartments in 21 areas are to be transferred to the individual heating system.

As far as the program “Pure Water” is concerned 323.65 km of water supply networks and 41 water towers were installed and 42 artesian wells were drilled by the Fund for the installation of gas service as of October 16th, 2012.

All repairs to be carried out as per the program of 2012 were completed in 165 secondary schools and 5 special schools.

The extra 195.75 million rubles were allocated by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1826-r of 10/10/2012 to repair facades and blind areas of schools (municipal and special ones).

According to the program on the construction of rural health posts all 72 foundations were installed. The work on the connection to the utilities, land improvement and closure of certain comments is being completed.
