Regional conference on “Investment prospects in the construction sector development in the Republic of Tatarstan” will be held on December 11th, 2012. The conference will be attended by 450 representatives of large developing construction companies, retailers and manufacturers of construction materials and construction techniques, innovative companies in the construction sector, financial institutions and government agencies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The conference will touch upon the following major issues: problems and ways of attracting funding for construction projects of the Republic, prospects of the construction sector development of the Republic of Tatarstan, construction of commercial real estate of class A to attract foreign investors, development of infrastructure, social programs, construction and purchase of non-commercial property, methods and ways to attract funding for construction projects, topical issues of land registration rules for residential and industrial construction, etc.
The conference will be held in “Grand Hotel Kazan”, Conference Hall “Gabdulla Tukai”, 1, Peterburgskaya Street, Kazan. Special exhibition space will be provided. The competition of business projects “Breakthrough of the Republic” is to be held during the conference. According to the results of the competition the best investment projects in the construction sector will be selected in the respective categories.
