The necessity to submit area planning documents discussed today in the Ministry of Construction

Today, a videoconference meeting on the provision of municipalities of the Republic with documents of area planning and urban zoning was held in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan  under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister V.N.Kudryashev. The meeting was attended by experts of SUE “Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt” and experts of the Department for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Ministry. All the municipalities of Tatarstan participated therein via the follow-up channel.

As of today, the Republic is completing the preparation of area planning schemes of the municipalities.

Nine area planning schemes of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan (Zelenodolsky, Almetyevsky, Nizhnekamsky, Laishevsky, Spassky, Bugulminsky, Mendeleyevsky, Verkhneuslonsky and Zainsky) have been approved.

28 area planning schemes (Agryzsky, Aznakayevsky, Aksubayevsky, Aktanyshsky, Alekseyevsky, Arsky, Bavlinsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky Vysokogorsky, Yelabuzhsky, Zainsky, Kukmorsky, Menzelinsky, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Sabinsky, Sarmanovsky, Tukayevsky, Cheremshansky, Chistopolsky,  Yutazinsky, Muslyumovsky) of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan are being approved.

Municipalities which completed the procedure of approval (24 areas which received the approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan) were recommended to consider the holding the sessions of the district Councils to approve the area planning documents before the end of the year.

Deputy Minister V.N.Kudryashev said that in January, 2013 the results of the readiness of documents of area planning and urban zoning in the Republic of Tatarstan would be considered at the federal level; therefore all required documents should be submitted on time.
