Builders commissioned more than 80 percent of housing by the end of the year

Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh. Khalikov. The key report was made by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan F.M.Khanifov. The report was started with the information on the safety arrangements carried out by construction organizations. The President again paid his attention to the issue.

As of November 30th, 2012 more than 2 million square meters of housing (80.8% of the annual amount) have been commissioned in the Republic. 20 municipalities entirely completed the annual plan of the housing commission (Agryzsky, Apastovsky, Aksubayevsky, Aktanyshsky, Alekseyevnsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Verkhne-Uslonsky Vysokogorsky, Kaibitsky, Laishevsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, Rybnoslobodsky, Sabinsky, Sarmanovsky, Tetyushsky, Tukaevsky, Tyulyachinsky and Cheremshansky areas).

As far as the program on the elimination of the failing housing stock in 2012 is concerned, the Board of Directors of the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities considered and approved the register of agreements for 558 million rubles submitted by the Republic of Tatarstan. In the near future the next tranche of money will be directed to the Republic. During the meeting it was noted that the municipalities should accelerate the submission of contracts and purchase agreements.

As far as the program “Rural clubs” is concerned, as of December 1st, 2012 among 46 objects construction and installation work has been completed at 45 objects. At one object in Zelenodolsky area in village Nizhniye Vyazovye the work is being performed according to the individual project for 450 seats. The object is to be commissioned by the end of the year.
