Builders commission the objects of the year
Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh. Khalikov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.
As of December 15th, 2012, 2 million 161.4 thousand square meters of housing (87,2% of the annual amount) have been commissioned in the Republic. 31 municipalities entirely completed the annual plan of the housing commission. 318.6 thousand square meters of housing are to be commissioned to fulfill the annual plan for the rest of the period. Among the houses to be commissioned according to the social mortgage program 12 houses with the total area of 114.4 thousand square meters for 1 thousand 796 apartments are to be commissioned. The Republic continues to build 60 houses for 640 veterans.
As far as the program on the elimination of the failing housing stock in 2012 is concerned, 1 thousand 856 people living in 705 premises situated in 108 apartment houses are to move to new apartments. The total area of the premises is 23 thousand 725 square meters.
On November 29th, 2012 the Board of Directors of the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities considered and approved the register of the contracts in the amount of 558 million rubles, submitted by the Republic of Tatarstan (75% of the amount of the compulsory co-funding). All the funds have been received by the Republic and directed to the municipalities. All programs on the movement from the failing housing stock are to be completed by the end of 2012.
As far as the program “Rural clubs” is concerned, among 46 objects construction and installation work has been completed at 45 objects. At one object in Zelenodolsky area in village Nizhniye Vyazovye the construction of a multiuse centre for 450 seats is being carried out.
