Today, #Suvarstroit company held an online briefing with reporters on the topic: “Features of the construction industry in the context of the coronavirus pandemic”. The experts included Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, director of the federal real estate company "Etazhi Kazan" Marat Gallyamov, director of the representative office of the federal company "Nmarket.Pro Kazan" Marat Alliulov and head of the mortgage department of "Alfa Bank" Diliya Mingazova. The moderator of the online briefing was the commercial director of LLC # Suvarstroit Elvira Galyautdinova. In total, during the event, experts answered 13 questions from journalists.
Answering one of the questions, Ilshat Gimaev confirmed that, indeed, from March 30, a self-isolation regime was introduced in the country, and until April 6, some Tatarstan developers suspended work at their facilities - they did not have a legal basis for construction. But as soon as the Government of the Russian Federation issued Decree No. 252 on April 3, where all organizations of the construction complex, suppliers of building materials were put on a list that was not subject to isolation, the developers had a legitimate reason to conduct activities in compliance with quarantine requirements and safety at construction sites. “Now 98% of investment housing construction projects are back on track and are working in a quiet mode. This gives confidence that our builders will cope with their orders and interest holders will timely receive their apartments. Developers now have no reason not to fulfill their obligations,”- Gimaev emphasized. He noted that strict sanitary requirements were introduced at construction sites - everyone works in masks, uses disinfectant fluids, and body temperature is controlled. “So far, no one with coronavirus disease has been recorded at any construction site in Tatarstan,” - he said.
