On the development of the Concept of the housing stock management discussed in the Ministry of Construction

Today, a meeting on the main directions of the Concept of housing stock management in the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K.Karimov. The development of the Concept was discussed together with Chairman of the Board of Directors of Regional Employers Trade Association “Utility Enterprises Union of the Republic of Tatarstan” A.A. Khairullin, heads of housing and public utilities as well as representatives of branch ministries and departments. Each participant of the meeting expressed his own point of view on the main points of the future concept and made suggestions for its improvement. It should be noted that the essence of the document is to improve the interaction between all the participants of the housing and public utilities sector as well as to make it open and transparent.

At the end of the meeting Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K.Karimov offered to develop  ​​extracurricular school courses on the basics of housing and public utilities. According to him this innovation allows receiving complete information on property, relations with neighbors and management companies presented in an easily-accessible form.
