Programs of the Ministry for 2013 being monitored

Today this year's first republican videoconference meeting on the implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 185-FZ “On the Fund assisting restructuring of housing and public utilities” of 21/07/2007 and major repairs in schools took place on the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The meeting was held by Prime Minister of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov. The keynote report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin.

948 houses with a total area of ​​6 million square meters were repaired in 2012 according to the program on major repairs of apartment houses. The amount of the funding for the program was 4 billion 739 million 333 thousand rubles.

A list of apartment houses to be repaired in 2013 was approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1943- р of 29/10/2012. The list includes 811 apartment houses in 41 municipalities for a total amount of 4 billion 354 million rubles (except for Atninsky, Alkeyevsky, Kaybitsky and Cheremshansky municipalities).

Currently, the municipalities of the Republic are adjusting the list of apartment houses to be repaired in 2013.

During the meeting the amendments to the Federal Law No.185 were announced.

In pursuance of the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1946-р of 2/10/2012 the Fund for the installation of gas service is preparing to hold the tender for the construction of water supply facilities in 2013.

As a part of target federal program “Pure Water” Tatarstan received a subsidy equal to 43.6 million rubles (5 facilities) from the federal budget.

The Fund for the installation of gas service reconstructed water supply systems at three sites: in settlement New Chechkaby (Buinsky area), in settlement Komsomolets (Tukayevsky area) and in village Devichya Polyana (Cheremshansky area).

As for the water supply in settlement Tat.Shugan 1.8 km of water networks were installed, one well was completed, the second well is being drilled, and the site to drill the third well is being prepared.

As for the construction of the sewer in Krasnoarmeiskaya street in Chistopol, of 2 km of the sewer network 1 km is to be reconstructed in 2013. Currently 120 lm have been laid and preliminary work is being carried out on other sites.

In 22 areas of the Republic 4 thousand 884 apartments (318 houses) are to be transferred to the individual heating system by the Fund for the installation of gas service.

As of January 3d, 2013 design and estimate documentation has been developed for 20 houses in 10 municipalities.

The Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 2129-p of 29/11/2012 approved a list of municipal schools of the Republic to be repaired in 2013. The list includes 162 public schools (including 20 schools of Kazan), and 7 special schools for a total amount of 2.5 billion rubles. The funds were distributed in proportion to the area of schools in the municipalities that need major repair.
