The final and largest cultural center built according to the program of rural clubs in 2012 was opened today by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in settlement Nizhniye Vyazovye in Zelenodolsky area.
In settlement Nizhniye Vyazovye the President visited the ambulance station that is a branch of Zelenodolskaya CDH. The building with the area of 1200 square meters was repaired and new equipment was installed. The ambulance station houses a health centre and a day hospital as well as a dentist’s room, a therapeutic room, an obstetrician-gynecologist’s room and a functional diagnostics room. The medical facility serves about 10,000 people from the settlement and nearby villages.
The building still needs siding and insulation of the facade, and today the President ordered to develop a draft and estimate of the work required. Rustam Minnikhanov was asked by local people to organize bus service from nearby villages. The President ordered the district administration to consider this issue.
The President of the Republic visited the plant of “Plastpolikom” LLC producing acrylic bathtubs. It is the only operating plant in Russia producing acrylic sheets; it is located in a former factory “Melita”. The total area of its five buildings is 7000 square meters; 30 tons of plastic products are produced every month.
At the end of his working visit the President of Tatarstan took part in the opening ceremony of the new cultural centre of the village. This club is a final one built according to the program on rural clubs in 2012. Its capacity is 450 people, and today it is allowed to gather the participants of popular art festival “Sozvezdiye”. The centre also has a library and classrooms for a variety of creative teams to study in.
Speaking at the opening ceremony President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov noted that children participating in festival “Sozvezdiye” would be the first guests on a new scene. “There are a lot of talented people in the Republic, it was again proved by Dina Garipova and Elmira Kalimullina”, reminded the President, and the audience warmly welcomed Dina who attended the ceremony. “The potential of our Republic is great, and the work of festival “Sozvezdiye” shows real results, it finds new talents”, added the President.
“Settlement Nizhniye Vyazovye is not the best one as far as the provision of social and cultural facilities are concerned. And a lot of work is to be done here, although all national programs are being implemented in the settlement”, noted Rustam Minnikhanov. He promised that landscaping would be ready the next summer.
According to the President the settlement has great prospects due to the construction of a combined logistics center which will give new jobs.
Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the guests on the opening of the new cultural centre and wished the appearance of new talents on its scene. He presented the director of the centre with a certificate for 150,000 rubles to purchase equipment.
Winner of TV project “The Voice” Dina Garipova sang on the stage of the new cultural centre. It was a present for the people of the settlement.
