Presentation of parking payment system by bank cards with Pay Pass function held in the Ministry

Today, a meeting on the construction of parking lots in Kazan took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister F.M.Frolov. During the meeting the participants discussed two main issues including the construction of the facilities in accordance with the approved schedule and the possibility of multi-service bank cards with Pay Pass function to pay for parking lots. The presentation on the latter was made by a representative of “AK BARS” Bank OJSC. The advantages for the owners are the following: high speed of payment, no need to enter a PIN-code when paying small amounts of money, moreover, a card will be always in an owner’s hands, so it will be never “swallowed” by the device. Such cards will be also interesting for owners of parking lots. They reduce expenses for recovery and preparation of cash to give a change, prevent possible abuse by employees as well as market the company as a technically advanced and modern one.
