Tatarstan being a leader in housing commission in January in Russia

Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.  The Federal State Statistics Service summarized the results of the commission of housing for January 2013. The Republic of Tatarstan got the first place in the Russian Federation as 381.1 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned therein. As of today 595.3 thousand square meters (25% of the annual amount) have been commissioned in the Republic.

The report centered around the implementation of program “Rural clubs”. As of today the work is being carried out at 40 objects among those 46 objects to be commissioned. There is the news about the program on citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock financed by the Fund assisting the restructuring of housing and public utilities.  Tatarstan has received the limits. For 2013 the limit is 1 billion 461 million rubles, for 2014 the limit is 1 billion 458 million rubles, and for 2015 the limit is 509 million rubles.

The distribution of payments for general house needs and the disclosure of information by management companies and home owners' associations were discussed during the meeting.
