In 2021, it is planned to commission 2 million 670 thousand square meters of housing in the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, 16.5% of this volume has been built. Such data were presented today at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. So, in particular, 280 thousand square meters are planned to be introduced under the social mortgage program. As of today, 17 houses with 1,353 apartments have been commissioned. In total, there will be 161 community houses in 2021. Of these, 69 are in a high stage of readiness. As for commercial development, this year it is planned to commission 164 apartment buildings with an area of ​​more than 1 million square meters. Of these, 38 have been commissioned. Marat Aizatullin gave information on the readiness of the remaining 126 houses under construction. Thus, 43 houses have a high degree of readiness (70% -100%), 48 houses are average (30% -70%), 35 houses are ready by less than 30% (0% -30%). In addition, 8,330 individual houses are to be commissioned in 2021. At the moment, 1,505 of them, or 18.1% of the plan have been commissioned. The Inspectorate of Gosstroynadzor this year went out with inspections at facilities 158 times. The total amount of penalties imposed on violators of the law is 30 thousand rubles. Another 184 organizations with membership in SROs were checked by the forces of the self-regulatory organizations themselves. Objects under construction within the framework of state programs stand somewhat apart - they are checked by the Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since the beginning of the year, Main Investment and Construction Department has conducted 337 such checks. In the course of control and supervision activities in 15 municipal districts, 113 violations were revealed, of which 67 violations were eliminated. In the remaining 30 municipalities, no violations were found.
