In Tatarstan, a building permit can be recieved online

Since January 1, 2020, it can be received within five working days. Construction permits are issued by the regional or local executive authorities at the location of the facility itself. From January 1, 2020, the term for the provision of this state (municipal) service has been reduced from 7 to 5 working days. In addition, the required documents can be sent in the form of electronic documents. As noted earlier by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev, the issuance of this permit is preceded by extensive work on the collection of documents. Therefore, in the ratings, the countdown of the time of obtaining a building permit is from the moment the applicant purchased the land plot. Vladimir Kudryashev clarified that at the moment in the republic the municipal service for issuing building permits is provided in 48 authorized bodies, including the Ministry of Construction, and 56 branches of the Multifunctional Center.
