Marat Aizatullin conducted the republican headquarters to prepare for the heating season

A meeting of the republican headquarters on preparations for the heating period 2021/2022 was held today via video conferencing. At a working meeting chaired by the head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, issues of preparing the housing stock, organizations of the fuel and energy complex and heat supply facilities for the upcoming heating period were discussed. In his speech, he said that there is not much time left before the start of the heating period and it is necessary to mobilize all efforts to ensure a high-quality passage of the autumn-winter period. “So, today healthcare facilities are ready by 74%, cultural facilities are ready by 65%. Social protection facilities are ready by 61% and educational facilities by 46%,” - said Marat Aizatullin. Then Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov made a presentation. He said that readiness passports were issued for 12,797 apartment houses or 73% in relative terms. Centralized heat supply systems for apartment buildings have been prepared by 81%, in absolute terms, this is 9,816 apartment houses. 87% of ventilation ducts of in-house systems and 87% of ventilation ducts of in-house individual heating systems were checked. In addition, during the work of the headquarters, a report was heard by a representative of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan on the readiness of life support systems of cultural institutions for the heating season. The event also discussed the issues of repayment of overdue debts by the organizations of the communal complex for the consumed natural gas. The minister urged to keep under constant control the preparation of the housing stock and socio-cultural facilities for the heating season. The meeting was attended by representatives of resource and industry organizations, departments and municipalities of the republic.
