Ilshat Gimayev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the city-park "Novye Gorki". "Novye Gorki" is a large-scale project for the renovation of the degrading industrial territory of the Kazan meat processing plant and the creation of a residential complex in its place.
The renovation of the territory made it possible to preserve the existing borders of Kazan by transferring production facilities outside the city and erecting in their place modern residential complexes surrounded by the Gorkinsky and Ometyevsky forests. The developer of the residential complex is the “Gran” construction company.
During his visit with representatives of the construction organization, Ilshat Gimaev got acquainted with the progress of construction and development of the territory. In 2021, a kindergarten for 330 children is being built on the territory of a residential complex within the framework of the Housing and Urban Environment national project, the construction customer of which is “GISU RT”. The deputy minister also inspected the equipped playgrounds in the courtyards of houses and the readiness of apartments.
In Tatarstan, 23 sports facilities are being built for a total amount of 2 billion 387 million rubles.
