The Housing Fund sums up the results of the assessment of the effectiveness of management companies for 2012

Internet portal www.reformagkh.ru provides the results of the assessment of the effectiveness of management companies, homeowners associations, housing cooperatives and other specialized consumer cooperatives for the year of 2012. The rating includes more than 13,000 organizations. Currently the rating was assigned to 17,307 organizations. The most active part in the activities was taken by organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Samara and Vologda regions.

4. “Management Company” LLC, Smolensk region (72.5 points).
5. “ZHILSERVIS” LLC, Krasnoyarsk region (72.5 points).
6. Management Company “Atal” LLC, Chuvash Republic (71.75 points).
7. Management Company "Paritet" LLC, Republic of Tatarstan (71.5 points).
8. “ZhilKomServis +” LLC, Republic of Bashkortostan (71.25 points).
9. “Building management number 9” LLC, Republic of Bashkortostan (71 points).
10. “Housing and Utilities Administration number 10” LLC, Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan (70.75 points).
11. Housing Management Company “MASTERSTROI” LLC, Republic of Tatarstan (70.25 points).
12. Housing Management Company “Moi gorod” LLC, Republic of Bashkortostan (70 points)
13. HOA “Gorodetskaya 22”, Vologda region (70 points)

Rating BBB was received by 149 organizations. Highest ratings (AAA and AA) were not assigned to any organization.

All indicators for assessing the effectiveness of organizations are included into five groups: efficiency of operation, scale of operation, financial stability, reputation and transparency of operation.

In terms of “efficiency of operations” the leaders are as follows: “Management Company” “Comfort” LLC, Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan (26 points, rating A); “Housing and Utilities Administration no.12” LLC, Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan (24 points, rating A); HOA “Neftyanik” Yelabuga, Republic of Tatarstan (23 points, rating BB), “Housing and Utilities Administration no.10” LLC, Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan (23 points, rating A); HOA “Zapadnye Vorota” Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan (23 points, rating BB).

In terms of the scale of operation the leaders are as follows:   ““Housing and Utilities Service no.2 of Pushkin District” LLC, St. Petersburg (15.5 points, rating BBB); “Construction and Installation Administration” LLC, Ulyanovsk, Ulyanovsk region (15 points, rating A);  “Zhilkomservis of Kronstadt district” LLC, St. Petersburg (15 points, rating BBB);  HOA “Progress” LLC, Saratov, Saratov region (15 points, rating BBB).

The most financially stable organizations are as follows: HOA “Gorodetskaya 22”, Cherepovets, Vologda region (20 points, rating A);  “Management Company “Tsentr” LLC, Tambov, Tambov region (20 points, rating B); HOA “Progress”, Lipetsk, Lipetsk region (20 points, rating BB); HOA “Anokhina 12”, Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia (20 points, rating BB); Management Company “Rodnik” , Izhevsk, Udmurt Republic (20 points , rating BB); HOA “Pobedy 53”, Cherepovets, Vologda region (20 points, rating BB).

33 organizations which received an equal number of points (18 points), are considered the most reliable among the residents, including those rated from A to CCC from St. Petersburg, Republic of Bashkortostan, Sverdlovsk Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Vologda region, Republic of Tatarstan, Saratov region, Moscow, Stavropol region and other regions.

In terms of “Transparency of operation” the leaders are as follows: HOA “Gorodetskaya 22”, Cherepovets, Vologda region (11.5 points, rating A), “Uspekh 2” LLC, Saratov, Saratov region (11 points, rating BBB), “Dostoyaniye” LLC, settlement named after Karl Marx, Kameshkovsky municipal area, Vladimir Oblast (10.5 points, rating BBB); “Diadema” LLC, Maikop, Republic of Adygeya (10.5 points, rating BBB).

According to the rating, all participants received electronic certificates indicating the assigned rating level.
