Marat Aizatullin spoke about the republican programs for construction and overhaul repairing

Republican programs for the construction and overhaul repairing of social and cultural facilities, as well as programs for the modernization of housing and communal services are approved by orders of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, projects under 4 programs are in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, draft orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2 programs are under interdepartmental coordination, 3 programs are in progress, 22 programs have been approved. This was announced at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. Thus, the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings this year includes 769 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​4.7 million square meters. The amount of funding for the program is 6 billion 441 million rubles. There is a low dynamics in the submission of documents by municipalities to the Housing and Communal Services Fund for the further formation of auction lots. Documents have not been submitted for 177 apartment buildings located in 4 municipalities. Work continues in the republic to upgrade the vehicle fleet with special municipal vehicles from municipal districts. This work has been systematically carried out in the republic since 2017, the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan recalled. During the first three years, 360 units of equipment worth 1 billion 517.2 million rubles were transferred to the regions under lease agreements. In 2021, contracts were signed for the supply of 155 units of special equipment for a total amount of 1 billion 125.4 million rubles. To date, 69 units have been transferred to the regions. Delivery of the rest of the equipment is scheduled for the next three months.
