The construction assistance portal "I am building" will be implemented in all districts of the republic

The digital construction assistance platform "I am Building" in the Republic of Tatarstan was implemented in 2020 by the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Information Technology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Recall that the portal was launched in test mode in two pilot districts of the Republic of Tatarstan - Sabinsky and Almetyevsk municipal districts.

Using this service on the website https://stroika.tatarstan.ru individuals and legal entities can obtain the documents necessary for construction or reconstruction in the "one window" mode in electronic form, track the status of execution. The platform allows you to increase the transparency of processes.

So, to date, residents of pilot districts have the opportunity to receive the following services electronically:

- submission of a notice of the start of construction;

- submission of a notice of completion of construction;

- preparation and receipt of GPZU (urban planning plan of the land plot);

- address assignment;

- construction permit;

- permission for commissioning;

In the near future, it is planned to introduce the use of the "I Build" platform to all municipal districts and urban districts of the republic.
