44 republican programs will be implemented in Tatarstan in 2022

This year, the Republic plans to implement 44 programs, 31 of which are approved by the orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. 29 programs have been approved for today, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

As part of the overhaul program of apartment buildings in 2022, it is planned to update 760 objects with a total area of 4 million 755 thousand square meters. The financial volume of the program is determined at the level of 6.4 billion rubles. To date, auctions have been held for 85 apartment buildings.

At the same time, among the houses included in the program there are those for which documents have not been provided. Now it is 25 houses. The reason is the absence of minutes of meetings of homeowners. The Minister reminded the heads of municipalities that meetings of owners and voting on issues are now held on the GIS housing and communal services platform. It is necessary to bring this process to completion in the near future.
