Capital repairs are being completed in 77 apartment buildings in Tatarstan

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of the program of capital repairs of the common property of apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

According to Marat Aizatullin, construction and installation and seasonal works were completed by 28%. These data are provided by the Housing and Communal Services Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As of June 10, 2022, work is being completed in 77 apartment buildings – more than 90% of them have been completed, including 36 elevators in 15 apartment buildings have been completely replaced.

The Minister singled out such districts as Alekseevsky, Sabinsky, Arsky – they have a high percentage of completion, and work is being carried out ahead of schedule.

Recall that 760 apartment buildings will be overhauled in Tatarstan in 2022.  The total amount of financing is 6.4 billion rubles.
