Preparations for the II International Championship of Professional Skills in the field of industrial construction have started
Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, told about holding the II International Championship of Professional Skills in the field of industrial construction in Kazan today at a briefing on the results of the participation of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum – 2022.
The event will take place on October 5-8, 2022 in Kazan at the Kazan Expo site. The agreement on cooperation in organizing and holding the event within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum was signed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin and the head of Rosatom Alexey Likhachev.
Representatives of 23 countries are expected to participate. Among the participants of the Championship are large construction companies, representatives of various construction organizations and student leagues, where students of specialized universities and colleges compete, as well as independent participants.
"For the participants, the Championship is, first of all, an excellent platform for promoting their company and technology in Russia and other participating countries. For the region - increasing its investment attractiveness. And in general, for the industry, it is an increase in the prestige of our business and the popularization of working professions," Ilshat Gimayev said.
The competitions will be held in three main categories:
- Industrial construction;
- Design of industrial facilities;
- Construction project management.
Total nominations – team and individual – 20.
Of the total prize fund of the Championship, which will amount to 44 million rubles, almost 32.5 million will be awarded to winners working in the construction industry, as well as independent participants. The prize for the 1st place will be 300 thousand rubles.
In the Student League block, the prize fund is set at 11 million 700 thousand rubles. The winners of the "Student League" will get 150 thousand rubles each.
In addition, in addition to competitions in professional skills, the Championship includes a large exhibition and business program. The meetings will include a panel discussion with the participation of the founders and general partners of the forum, a session of quick business acquaintances and project presentations, as well as the signing of agreements between participating companies.
The program of the Championship also provides for a large educational block "Communication of generations". It provides for the work of a student lecture hall, a case show for students - future industry professionals and interviews with teachers of construction disciplines.
