Marat Aizatullin introduced a new head to the staff of the State Agrarian University "UGEC RT"

Today, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin presented a new head to the staff of the Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture. Rafar Shakirov became the new director of GAU “UGEC RT”.

The corresponding order was signed by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Marat Aizatullin noted that Rafar Shakirov's experience in the industry will allow him to competently and professionally continue the line of team management and effectively perform the tasks set.

Rafar Shakirov thanked the leadership of the Ministry for their trust.

Rafar Mirzanurovich was born on October 19, 1957 in Sarapul, Udmurt ASSR. Graduated from the Kazan Institute of Civil Engineering.

He began his career in 1983 as a foreman and worked until 2000 as the head of the rural service of the Operational and Production Department of Brezhnev Gas in Naberezhnye Chelny, where he worked until 2000 as the head of the underground gas pipelines service.

From 2000 to 2003, he was acting director, and then director of the municipal unitary enterprise “Capital Construction Management” in Naberezhnye Chelny.
