Alexey Frolov spoke about the implementation of national projects in the Republic of Tatarstan
Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the implementation of national projects and state programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities at a press conference today.
According to the national project “Demography”, two directions are being implemented: “Sport is the norm of life” – the construction of an indoor ice rink with artificial ice in the village of Alekseevskoye is being completed and “Employment Promotion” — the construction of a kindergarten for 220 places is continuing.Kazan.
The national project “Housing and Urban Environment” is one of the most ambitious projects within which work on the federal program “Housing” has been launched. Thus, the support of complex development of territories is being carried out, the construction of treatment facilities is being implemented. The direction of building a comfortable urban environment is also being implemented — 33 objects, including 27 parks and squares and 6 winning objects in the small towns competition.
Also, within the framework of this national project, the Clean Water program is being implemented — the construction of a water supply system with a water intake node for the city of Nurlat is underway. “According to it, construction of a water supply system with a water intake node in Nurlat began this year. 18 km of networks will be laid, work will continue in 2023,” Alexey Frolov noted.
The implementation of programs regarding the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing continues.
The national project “Ecology” is being implemented in 4 directions: “Improvement of the Volga”, work is underway at 3 facilities — reconstruction of treatment facilities in Kazan, recultivation of silt fields and dismantling of pipelines of the Nizhnekamsk reservoir. Also, according to the federal program “Clean Country”, the Samosyrov landfill is being recultivated.
Within the framework of the National Project “Education” under the federal program “Modern School”, a school for 100 places is being built in the village of Shilnebash of the Tukayevsky district. Gyms in Apastovsky and Bavly districts have been renovated under the federal program “Success of every child”.
According to the national project “Healthcare”, construction and reconstruction of 29 FAPs and 5 medical organizations is underway, as well as major repairs of 15 buildings of medical organizations. Construction and installation works are at the stage of completion.
11 objects are being implemented within the framework of the national project “Culture”. The construction of 5 rural houses of culture continues, the overhaul of 2 rural houses and one museum. The reconstruction of the theater of the young spectator in Nizhnekamsk, the overhaul of one children's art school, as well as the RDC in the Buinsky municipal district is underway.
