Vladimir Kudryashev took part in the developers' conference
On May 25, the 45th conference "Apartment Construction: New Challenges and Prospects" was held in Kazan with the participation of Vladimir Kudryashev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The main trends of the development product in the region were identified at the event, and an award ceremony was also held. Honorary titles and diplomas were awarded to regional prize—winning developers, winners of the federal prize for new buildings, leaders in housing commissioning in 2022, as well as developers who applied solutions that increase the consumer attractiveness of new buildings.
As Vladimir Kudryashev noted, 1.9 million square meters were built in Tatarstan in 5 months of 2023. m of housing is 61% of the planned 3 million square meters for the whole year. He noted that today the developers of the republic compete not in the number of square meters, but in the quality of the environment they create for their residents.
According to the study of a Single resource of developers, there was no deterioration in the consumer qualities of new buildings in any region. In particular, the Republic of Tatarstan is ahead of the all-Russian pace of improving the consumer qualities of residential complexes under construction.
