2 million 498 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan, or 80.6% of the annual plan

Such data were announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

The head of the Republican Ministry of Construction said that as of August 5, 2 million 498 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in Tatarstan, or 80.6% of the annual plan. 72% of the planned volume of commercial housing has been commissioned.

These are 128 apartment buildings with a total area of 1,028 thousand sq. m. The social mortgage program has been fulfilled by 71% of the total amount of obligations. 28 houses with an area of 114 thousand square meters were built .

The annual plan for individual housing construction has been fulfilled by 90%.  The total area of finished houses is 1 million 357 thousand sq. m.

This year, it is planned to provide housing for 930 orphans in the republic. As of today, employment contracts have been signed for 47 residential premises. The remaining 883 premises are in operation – some of the apartments are located in Public Housing Stock houses under construction.
