2 million 721 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

Such data was given by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a weekly meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The beginning of the meeting began with information dedicated to the Day of Knowledge: on September 1, the ceremony of admission and commissioning of 11 new schools took place. In the near future, it is planned to complete the construction of one additional building for 280 seats. In addition, 37 more schools have been overhauled.

As for the implementation of the construction program, the implementation of the annual plan is 87.8% or 2 million 721 thousand square meters. Commercial housing developers have commissioned 142 apartment buildings with a total area of 1 million 149 thousand square meters. This is 80.5% of the planned annual figures.

This year's social mortgage program is 75% completed. 33 houses on 120.5 thousand sq. m. are ready.
