2.8 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

As of September 16, 2 million 884 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic. This is 93% of the annual plan. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at the republican meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the field of commercial housing construction, 142 apartment buildings with a total area of 1 million 149 thousand square meters were commissioned - this is 80.5% of the planned annual figures.

This year's social mortgage program has been completed by 81% - 35 houses on 130.4 thousand square meters are ready.

In terms of individual housing construction, the annual plan has been exceeded by 6%. The total area of finished houses is 1 million 604 thousand sq.m.
