The plan for individual housing construction in Tatarstan has been exceeded by 6 percent

2 million 884 thousand square meters have been commissioned in Tatarstan. This is 93% of the annual plan. Such data was given by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov at a weekly meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Commercial housing developers have commissioned 143 apartment buildings with a total area of 1 million 150 thousand square meters, or 80.5% of the planned annual figures.
According to the social mortgage program, 35 houses were built on 130.4 thousand sq. m. The program was completed by 81%.
The total area of individual ready-made houses is 1 million 604 thousand sq.m. In this part, the annual plan has been exceeded by 6%.

Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko visited the construction site of the Football Development Center as part of a working visit to Kazan. Together with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Deputy Prime Minister assessed the progress of the construction of the facility.
The second route of the Kazan metro will connect five districts of the city: Privolzhsky, Sovetsky, Novo-Savinovsky, Moskovsky and Kirovsky. The first section is 5.37 km long and includes four stations: "100th anniversary of the TASSR" (at Julius Fuchik Street), "Akademicheskaya" (at the intersection of Fuchik and Zavoysky streets), "Zilant" (intersection of Fuchik and Lomzhinskaya streets) and "Tulpar" (at the corner of Pobedy Avenue and ul. Sakharov). At the moment, the total percentage of work performed is 29%.

The autumn meeting of the Board of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan was devoted to the topic "Digitalization in construction". The event was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan – President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. It was attended by representatives of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, GAU "UGETS RT", self-regulatory organizations in design and construction, heads of enterprises of the construction complex, programmers.
A seminar was held in Kazan today for managers and employees of subordinate institutions on the topic "Taking anti-corruption measures in organizations. Review of corruption-related offenses".
