A round table on changes in the economy in the real estate and mortgage market was held today in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of banks and developers. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.
The Deputy Minister began his speech with information on the indicators of housing commissioned in the republic. "This year we have set the bar at 3 million 100 thousand square meters of housing and today 2 million 935 thousand square meters have been commissioned in the republic, which is more than 94% of the annual plan," Ilshat Gimayev said. At the same time, he stressed that the republic still maintains high rates of construction.
In addition to construction issues, the round table discussed programs that are drivers of the growth of the construction market, prospects and changes in the mortgage market, and also discussed credit programs that have replaced programs with state support.
