In Tatarstan, the housing commissioning plan has been fulfilled by 96 percent

The plan for housing commissioning in Tatarstan has been fulfilled by 96%: 2 million 989 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was reported at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

1 million 175 thousand square meters of the total volume is commercial housing. These are 147 multi-family residential buildings. The implementation of the plan in this part is 82%.

As part of the social mortgage program, 36 houses with a total area of 145 thousand square meters were built. The annual plan has been fulfilled by 91%.

In terms of individual housing construction, the annual plan has already been exceeded. The total area of finished houses is 1 million 668 thousand sq.m.
