Deputy Minister V.N.Kudryashev attends the opening ceremony of Ice Palace “Biyektau” in Vysokogorsky area

The opening ceremony of Ice Palace “Biyektau” took place in Vysokogorsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The opening ceremony of the sports facility was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism Rafis Burganov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan V.N.Kudryashev and other guests.

Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the residents of the area with the opening of the Ice Palace, and noted that Tatarstan has the largest number of ice palaces in Russia, saying that he hoped that new world champions would grow here.  

Head of Vysokogorsky municipal area of Tatarstan Rustam Kalimullin thanked the leadership of the Republic for their help in the construction of the sports facility, and promised that the residents of the area would take care of the Ice Palace.

Tatarstan President presented Director of skating rink with artificial coating “Biyektau” Andriyan Tyabin with a certificate for 100,000 rubles for the purchase of sports equipment.
