Social housing apartments with ready-made kitchens will be rented in Kazan

One of the five houses that the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan is putting into operation in Kazan this year will be handed over to residents with an installed kitchen set, built-in appliances and improved repairs. Taking into account these options, the cost of the apartment will rise by about 300-400 thousand rubles, depending on the area of the apartment.

The 10-storey new building houses 72 apartments: 36 two–room and the same number of three-room apartments. The total area of the apartments is 5.3 thousand sq.m. The apartments will be transferred to residents with an already installed kitchen and built–in appliances - a dishwasher, an extractor hood, a two-chamber refrigerator, an electric hob and an oven.

In the bathrooms of the apartments, the walls are lined with ceramic tiles.

These apartments will be available for selection to Kazan families participating in housing programs of the State Housing Fund.
