According to the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), the volume of housing commission in January-August, 2013 in Russia was increased by 8% equal to 31.9 million square meters, as compared with the same period of 2012. In August, 2013 the organizations of all forms of property built 65.7 thousand new apartments, in January-August, 2013 - 396.1 thousand apartments, as stated in the report.
