A meeting of the Republican staff for the preparation for the heating season of 2013/2014 held in the Ministry of Construction

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Republican staff for the preparation for the heating season of 2013/2014.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Frolov. The meeting was also attended via videoconference by officials of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of ministries and departments, territorial bodies of federal agencies of the government, heads of municipalities of the Republic, as well as heads of executive committees of municipalities, enterprises and organizations of housing and public utilities.

During the meeting the participants discussed current issues of availability of housing and social and cultural facilities, public infrastructure and other facilities, as well as the issues of the program to transfer to the individual heating system, the debts for previously consumed energy and utilities and the start-up of heat supply.
