Congratulations to the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin on the upcoming New Year

Dear friends, colleagues, veterans of the construction industry!

We will be spending 2023 very soon. The year in which the construction complex of the republic preserved and increased its potential. When, despite serious challenges, we continued to develop and beat our own records.

In the past year, more than 3.4 million square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic – more than ever before. According to this indicator, Tatarstan still holds the leadership among the regions of the Volga Federal District.

Thanks to the program of major repairs of apartment buildings, the quality of life of hundreds of thousands of Tatarstan residents has increased: We were able to renovate 740 houses with a total area of 4 million 429 thousand square meters.

All obligations for the construction and overhaul of social and cultural facilities, modernization of housing and communal services have been fulfilled.

Today, almost 93 thousand people are employed in the construction complex of Tatarstan, and another 27.5 thousand people work in the field of housing and communal services. Each of them contributed to the achievement of high results. It is unlikely that we would be talking about success in the industry today if it were not for their professionalism, dedication and selfless work.

We have even more to do next year. A summit of the BRICS member states will be held in Kazan. Such events always require extensive preparation and the involvement of each of us.

The implementation of national projects, federal and republican programs will continue.

But no matter how ambitious the goals and objectives facing Tatarstan are, I am sure that we will cope with them!

Preparations for the New Year are in full swing. Every family has its own traditions, but we all want our republic to flourish, so that peace and harmony live in every home.
