The annual plan for housing commissioning in Tatarstan has been completed by 12%

In 2024, the republic must build at least 3 million 150 thousand square meters of housing. As of today, the plan has been fulfilled by 12%, 376 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was reported at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Rais of Tatarstan.

4.5% of the planned volume was commissioned through commercial construction - this is 20 apartment buildings with a total area of 66.4 thousand sq. m. The social library program was completed by 5.3%, 11 houses were commissioned for 8.6 thousand sq. m. The largest fulfillment of the plan is recorded through individual housing construction. 301 thousand square meters were commissioned, or almost 20% of the plan.
