Tatarstan Rais Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of a new production of Wagnermayer Russland mainline semi-trailers at the Alabuga SEZ. Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, accompanied Rais on his working trip.

The investment project involves the organization of production of 3 types of mainline semi-trailers: curtain, on-board and container. The design capacity of the plant is 2.1 thousand units per year, and in the future it is planned to increase production to 3 thousand per year. The production is located in the premises of ITP "Synergy" with an area of 7.2 thousand square meters. meters.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the investors and also noted the experience of the Alabuga special zone, which today provides residents with all the necessary infrastructure for the rapid start of production.

Alexey Frolov also visited the South Park residential complex. The rental housing was built by the SEZ Alabuga as part of the implementation of the personnel strategy.

There are 11 five-storey houses on the territory of the complex. The total area is 73 thousand square meters. meters. The residential complex is designed for 4.2 thousand people. The complex was built in record time - the construction was completed in 9 months. There are playgrounds, a sports area and a park on site.

The apartments, which are equipped with furniture and household appliances, are occupied by employees of the Alabuga SEZ, students of the Alabuga Polytechnic College and participants of the Alabuga Start international program.
