Heat to be supplied to houses in Kazan

Tomorrow, in accordance with the Resolution of the Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan “On the beginning of the heating season of 2013-2014” JSC “Kazan Heat Grid Company” heat supply to residential houses, public and office buildings and industrial plants is to be started, as reported by the press -service of JSC “Kazan Heat Grid Company”.

Even before the official start of the heating season, the company has provided heat supply to a number of facilities of the capital of Tatarstan, such as kindergartens, schools and hospitals.

Dispatching department of the Kazan Heat Grid Company accepts applications for the connection only from JSC “Tatteplosbyt”. The main condition when connected to heat supply is the lack of debt to a resource supply organization for the supplied heat energy and heat transfer medium under the heat supply contract, as well as the certificate of readiness of the object for the heating season. These requirements are contained in Article 20 of the Federal Law “On Heat Supply” and the Order of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation “On approval of rules for evaluating readiness for the heating season”.

Based on para. 2.1.3 of the Resolution of the Head of the Executive Committee about two weeks are given to complete the adjustment of district heating modes. This period is technologically based and is optimal for the smooth start of the heating season. During this period all the engineering systems of the central heating are to be maintained.

Recall that the efficiency and quality of energy source supply to the population is largely dependent on the readiness of houses for startup of heat supply. In this process, a crucial role is played by the management companies who need to check the strength of the in-house pipelines, identify vulnerabilities followed by their subsequent elimination: flushing heating networks, removing scale deposits on the walls. All these measures help to reduce the flow resistance and improve heat transfer of heating devices. This will improve the circulation of the heat transfer medium in radiators, and the power of heating devices will increase.

Currently, all activities on the consistent start up of heating systems of residential houses, social and domestic facilities of public and industrial buildings in Kazan have been completed.
