Houses in Arsk get better thanks to major repairs

Residents of houses number 22 and number 37 in Bankovskaya Street have been looking forward to major repairs. This year, their house is attractive for them. “I've lived here for 25 years. It was in a very poor state, and we were afraid to go inside. And now it is clean, comfortable and beautiful. My heart fills with joy”, says Lyutsiya Ibragimova.  

Well, the houses have changed significantly. Both houses are sheathed with siding. The entrance was repaired, tiles were laid on the floor, the walls were plastered, and an iron door with intercom and a wooden door to keep warm were installed. The access windows were replaced with plastic ones. The electrical wiring, sewage and water supply systems were replaced, new electric boards were installed, access roads were repaired and air ducts were cleared.

Ilsiya Sokolova is a plasterer - painter. She lives in house number 22 in Bankovkaya Street. She used to decorate other houses, but now she decorates the house she lives in. “I’ve lived here for six years. It was in a very bad condition. Now our house is perfect, and I cannot help admiring it”, she says. Such gratitude is enjoyable for both employees and managers. After all, this is a high evaluation of their work.
