More than 4 thousand individual residential buildings have been built in the republic

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on housing construction statistics at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The overall plan as of the beginning of March was fulfilled by 21%, 668 thousand square meters were commissioned. 5% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 25 apartment buildings with a total area of 73.8 thousand square meters. m.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 18%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 12 have been commissioned. Their total area is 29 thousand square meters.

As of today, 4,187 houses with an area of 565 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction, which is 37% of the annual plan.

To provide housing for certain categories of citizens, 621 orphaned children should receive housing this year.
