Currently, heat supply is being started in houses and social facilities (those of education, health care, culture, sports, and social protection).
As of September 30th, 2013, all the municipalities of the Republic adopted orders and regulations of the beginning of the heating period of 2013 - 2014 (from September 6th to September 28th, 2013).
Since September 19th, 2013 the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan has been monitoring boilers start-up , heat supply start-up in apartment houses and social and cultural facilities of the Republic.
As of today, the heat supply has been started up in 38 municipal areas such as Aznakayevsky, Almetyevsky, Aktanyshsky, Alekseyevsky, Apastovsky, Arsky, Atninsky, Alkeyevsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Aksubayevsky, Baltasinky, Bugulminsky, Bavlinsky, Vysokorsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Yelabuzhsky, Nurlatsky, Chistopolsky, Leninogorsky, Kaibitsky, Kukmorsky, Laishevsky, Sabinsky, Sarmanovsky, Tukayevsky, Cheremshansky and Tyulyachinsky, Agryzsky, Buinsky, Mamadyshsky, Menzelinsky, Mendeleyevsky, Novo- Sheshminsky, Pestrechinsky, Nizhnekamsky, Rybnoslobodsky, Spassky and Yutazinsky areas.
Of 16,753 houses the heat was supplied to 15,529 houses (93%). 1,224 houses remain unheated.
Of 1,799 schools the heat was supplied to 1,797 (99%), 2 schools remain unheated.
Of 1,848 kindergartens the heat was supplied to 1,841 (99.5%). 7 kindergartens remain unheated.
Of 1,885 health facilities the heat was supplied to 1,851 (99.5%). 34 objects remain unheated.
Of 2,077 cultural facilities the heat was supplied to 1,947 (94%), 130 objects remain unheated.
Of 195 sports facilities the heat was supplied to 184 (96%). 11 objects remain unheated.
Of 138 social protection facilities the heat was supplied to 131 (95%). 7 facilities remain unheated.
To eliminate potential accidents or emergencies, JSC “Tatleasing” established 10 warehouses in the Republic, including six zonal warehouses that contain 142 autonomous diesel generators with a total capacity of 1,964 kW. At present, the maintenance of diesel generators has been completed. The Republic’s Emergency Technical Reserve for a total amount of 110.9 million rubles has been prepared.
