Program on major repairs for 2013 was adjusted in Tatarstan. This was announced today by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Farid Khanifov at the weekly meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
As noted by Farid Khanifov, as from September 13th, 2013, the municipalities has the access to information system “Monitoring of Housing Fund” for the work on adjusting the major repairs program. The savings are to be used to repair additional 19 apartment houses. The total number of houses will be 842. The limit of the program will decrease by 3.3 million rubles and amount to 4 billion 706 million rubles.
Today, according to the speaker, major repairs have been carried out for a total of 4 billion 632 million rubles, which is 98 percent of the annual limit. According to the State Housing Fund, major repairs have been completed in 729 houses. Of these, 367 houses were accepted by the State Housing Fund, and 362 houses are to be accepted by the commission. In 32 municipalities of the Republic major repairs were completed in all the houses.
“There is a 20% delay in the work performance for two houses in Kazan”, said Farid Khanifov. He said that the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved an additional program on major repairs in 2013. Funding for the program is 72.1 million. This program involves two municipalities including 82 apartment houses with a total area of 500 square meters.
As for program “Pure Water”, the Fund for installation of gas service laid 280.6 km of water pipelines (98 percent) out of the planned 286.2 km. The laying of water pipelines has not been completed in six municipalities such as Agryzsky, Almetyevsky, Bavlinsky, Yelabuzhsky, Nurlatsky and in Kazan. The work on transferring apartments to individual heating systems and gas supply has been completed in 19 municipalities out of 22 municipalities.
As for the program on the construction and repair of health care facilities, 75 first-aid stations were commissioned, and they already serve the population. The construction of two prosectoriums (Bavly town and Tetyushi town) is being continued.
He also reported on the construction of housing for local police officers under the Integrated Program on Crime Prevention in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2014. Totally, 82 houses for local police officers are to be built in 39 municipalities of the Republic. 21 houses in 21 municipalities are being built at the expense of the State Housing Fund. The funds for the construction of 20 houses in 18 municipalities were allocated from the Republic’s budget.
