Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin spoke about the progress of contracting and work on the construction of socio-cultural facilities and modernization of engineering infrastructure within the framework of national projects, state and republican programs at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Thus, 11 schools and outbuildings (total completion of 17.5%), as well as 10 kindergartens (10%) should replenish the educational infrastructure of the republic this year.

In healthcare, the construction of facilities is carried out within the framework of four programs. They include 48 FAPs. Of these, 41 are currently under construction. The total completion for all facilities is 32%. For other medical institutions, construction and installation work reached 37%.

In the field of Youth Policy, out of 8 facilities included in 3 programs, the contract remains to be concluded for only one facility. The scheduled date is May. To date, work is underway on the construction of 5 children's camps. The fulfillment of them is 8%. The construction of a youth center in the village is also continuing. Rybnaya Sloboda. 6% of the total amount of work has been completed.

As for the construction of 21 sports facilities under two programs, work is currently underway on two football arenas in Kamsko-Ustinsky and Laishevsky districts, where the implementation is 5% and 7%, respectively. According to the administrative building of the existing football field in the village. Apastovo completed 3% of the work.

Contractors are working on all three objects of the Culture industry. 11% of the total volume is closed.

In the field of Ecology, within the framework of two federal programs, work continues on the reconstruction of biological treatment facilities - 79% has been completed, on the reclamation of silt fields – 66% and on the reclamation of lands disturbed by oil-containing pollution in the village of Shemordan in Sabinsky district - 75% of the total volume.

The construction of executive committees and integrated public service points is provided for by two republican programs. The readiness of 7 executive committees is currently 19%. A similar amount has been completed for the points of comprehensive maintenance.

This year, the networks are being updated according to five republican and two federal programs. It remains to conclude contracts only for republican ones - some of the facilities until April 22, the rest in May.

In terms of the contracted facilities, work is underway on the federal program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure. Its implementation is 19% - 12 out of 48 facilities have been started. Work on the remaining facilities will begin in April and May, after the end of the heating period.
