As part of the short-term capital repair plan for apartment buildings (for 2023-2025), 766 buildings with a total area of 4.8 million square meters are planned to be repaired in Tatarstan in 2024. The amount of financing is almost 8.5 billion rubles, Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, said at a press conference in Tatar-inform.
"This year's program is unique because it has received a fairly large, breakthrough leap in the amount of funding. If earlier there were 7 billion, this year — 8.5 billion is planned. This is due to the joint work of the fund with the population in terms of proper accounting, accumulation, and saving of funds. Of course, the revision of the minimum contribution also provides certain reserves in terms of accumulation of funds. All this combined made it possible to increase the amount this year," the speaker explained.
At the moment, contractors have already been identified for 745 houses, about 600 buildings are in operation. The fate of the overhaul of three houses has not yet been determined, because they have a system of special accounts, and the residents have not yet given feedback.
"We especially keep seasonal types of work under control. These are works related to the complex supply of equipment, for example, elevators, where we try to build planning horizons for a long time so that there is a guaranteed price and delivery time," Frolov added.
Since the beginning of the implementation of the regional program for the overhaul of apartment buildings, which started in 2008, almost 11.9 thousand buildings with a total area of 53 million square meters have been repaired in Tatarstan. The volume of its financing has exceeded 89 billion rubles over 15 years.
